Rock Oyster Festival
In 2025 I am so happy to be cooking a long table banquet at the Rock Oyster Festival on Sunday the 27th July. Cooking with my friend Ben Quinn from Woodfired Canteen, we have curated a delicious three-course menu (+ a nibble) to share down long tables. Good food, wine and conversation, how every Sunday should be.
I am also excited to return to the Pearl Stage for a demo followed by a book signing - time & date tbc (watch this space)

Winter Sea Feast | New Year’s Day
Next up in our series of seasonal feasts at my restaurant is our Winter Sea Feast on New Year’s Day 2023. New year is all about new beginnings, so why not start by celebrating with us around the table; good food, good wine and good company to start the year. We will be cooking some classic dishes from my book Sea & Shore such as slow roasted lamb shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic and thyme and Padstow crab with lemon mayo.
New Year’s Eve 2022
Join us for a New Year’s eve by the Cornish coast. Start the evening with a chilled glass of champagne followed by a delicious six course tasting menu curated by Emily including risotto al tartufo bianco d’Alba, baked John Dory with foraged mushrooms, Beaujolais and tarragon and her nostalgic seaside days festive soft serve with spiced cranberry and burnt white chocolate.

Autumn Tide Feast
This is the first of a series of seasonal feasts at the restaurant, starting with Autumn Tide on Sunday 9 October. Our long table feasting affair will feature a selection of delicious Cornish seafood dishes and finish with something sweet; think comforting, nostalgic and autumnal. No faffing no fussing, just beautiful food.
