I can’t wait to be part of the chef line-up again for the Rock Oyster Festival in 2024, its set to be one of the best yet. I am delighted to be cooking on the Pearl stage Sunday 28th July at 2pm followed by a book signing in the shop tent after the demo at 2:45pm. Hope to see you there!
