Emily Scott: The Food Behind the Pages Supper Club at Fortnum & Mason, Piccadilly

For July’s Food Behind the Pages, we’ll be welcoming Emily Scott to our Third Floor here at Piccadilly. Emily is a chef, restaurateur and the author: Sea & Shore, Time & Tide & Home Shores. Emily works with and collaborates with different brands and also writes on her Best Selling Substack Shore to Shore each week. Emily is Executive Consultant Chef and Creative Director to Restaurant Calypso Grill in the Cayman Islands. In 2021 Emily curated a dinner for Royalty and World Leaders at the G7 summit in Cornwall.

For this event, she’ll be sharing more about her brand new book Home Shores:

100 Simple Fish Recipes to Cook at Home. In the book, you’ll find tried-and-tested techniques, and hints and tips that accompany the recipes throughout. Soon you will be cooking perfect pan-fried fish dinners and super seafood suppers with confidence at home, including Lemony Orzo with Tuna, Avocado, Spring Onions and Mint, Hot Smoked Trout and Watercress Tarts, and Sea Bass with Malaysian Dressing. Home Shores is guaranteed to become your go-to kitchen companion whenever you fancy fish for dinner.
