Next up in our series of seasonal feasts at the restaurant is our Winter Sea Feast on New Year’s Day 2023. New year is all about new beginnings, so why not start off by celebrating with us around the table; good food, good wine and good company. We will be cooking some classic dishes from my book Sea & Shore such as slow roasted lamb shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic and thyme and Padstow crab with lemon mayo. Perhaps start with a Bloody Mary, always spicy, and a perfectly acceptable pick-me-up for the day after the night before. No faffing no fussing, just beautiful food.
