Citrus Vodka Sour

Ingredients

50ml Emily’s Citrus Vodka
15ml lemon juice or yuzu juice
12.5ml sugar syrup 
1 egg white

Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake until foamy, add ice and shake again, strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or primrose flowers.
